i’m jealous of maria dubrovskaya

12.19.2012

Maria Dubrovskaya is a Russian-born artist, who now lives in the Philippines. What does she do in her new tropical home? She makes moveable, hand-painted, paper dolls out of kraft paper and white paint. I love that there are references to her life in one of the coldest parts of the world, and to her new life south of the equator. Yep, I love ‘em… almost as much as that girl loves her bear.
