They are part of\u00a0\u00a0a series titled, <a style=\"font-style: italic;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.morelbooks.com\/Aurel_Schmidt.html\" target=\"_blank\">Reveries Of A Lost Life Mask<\/a> in which she pairs images with the poetry of American poet\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Franz_Wright\" target=\"_blank\">Franz Wright<\/a>. I love their simplicity&#8230; so beautiful, yet so mundane. They are meant to be <em>&#8220;a reminder of our own vulnerability and mortality&#8221;<\/em>.
