For some strange reason, my father <em>{a PhD scientist} <\/em>loved doing macrame!? Yep, we&#8217;re talking planters, guitar straps, and several beady-eyed owls&#8230; but none of them were quite like this one! New York based artist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andyharman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Andy Harman<\/a> has given me a new appreciation for this 1970&#8217;s art form with this awesomely gigantic piece, titled\u00a0\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.andyharman.com\/index-slides.html?folio=Art%2fProps&amp;gallery=the%20owl\" target=\"_self\">&#8220;The Owl&#8221;<\/a>. <\/em>Look at those huge wooden eyes?
