Even though LA based artist\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ashleymistriel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ashley Mistriel<\/a>\u00a0was nervous to talk to me, she did it anyway! And I&#8217;m so glad because we had a great conversation about all sorts of things. One of my favorite\u00a0stories\u00a0was about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.claytonbrothers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Christian Clayton<\/a> making her fill a whole ream of paper with drawings&#8230; now there&#8217;s a way to let &#8220;perfection&#8221; go! Yep, she and another artist, <a href=\"http:\/\/theresaknopf.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Theresa Knopf<\/a>, are putting together a show of collages at <a href=\"http:\/\/goodeyegallery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Good Eye Gallery<\/a>\u00a0in LA\u00a0<em>{November 28th 3-6pm, 4538 Eagle Rock}<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>And just to call it out, this is the gorgeous piece that Ashley recently sent to me.
