Portraits <em>and<\/em> exquisite paper cutting&#8230; ah, yes, this is the latest work from American artist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elisewehle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Elise Wehle<\/a>. Gorgeous. Delicate.
