It&#8217;s a favorite quote, by\u00a0James H. Austin, of\u00a0Canadian painter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoepawlak.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Zo\u00eb Pawlak<\/a>. Not only is it a great quote, it&#8217;s a perfect description of how Zo\u00eb lives\u00a0her life. She is a talented artist, a brilliant entrepreneur, a fantastic mother, a lover of tacos, and a great summer brunch date.\u00a0I&#8217;ve known Zo\u00eb for a few years now, but I&#8217;ve never really dug in and asked where it all started and how she does the things she does&#8230; usually we just eat brunch.\u00a0You can listen right up there under one of my fave &#8220;Zo\u00eb Pawlaks&#8221;, or you can\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/podcast\/jealous-curator-art-for-your\/id996338562\" target=\"_blank\">subscribe on iTunes<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>First up, her new studio in Montreal <em>{she was based in Vancouver for years, but recently moved}<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/zoepawlak\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25496\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thejealouscurator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/zoepawlak2.jpg\" alt=\"zoepawlak2\" width=\"584\" height=\"2242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thejealouscurator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/zoepawlak2.jpg 584w, https:\/\/www.thejealouscurator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/zoepawlak2-78x300.jpg 78w, https:\/\/www.thejealouscurator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/zoepawlak2-267x1024.jpg 267w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ok, how great is that little message on her big brush? And I had to include those photos of Zo\u00eb, because that&#8217;s generally what she looks like most of the time&#8230; giant smile &#8216;n fab\u00a0style! <em>ps. I grabbed all of these images from her gorgeous\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/zoepawlak\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram feed<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And now, her work!
