This is gorgeous work of Los Angeles based artist\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatchiart.com\/carlsonhatton\">Carlson Hatton.<\/a>\u00a0It&#8217;s a like vibrant, crazy treat for your eyes\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0hm, kind of like LA! So much to see, so much to take in &#8211; which is precisely why I love this description\u00a0so much:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Hatton&#8217;s works humorously addresses the extinction of imagery, or at least the end of our capacity to process it all in a meaningful way.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Indeed. I&#8217;m on my way to LA tomorrow, and cannot wait to see some of Carlson&#8217;s work in person at the opening of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatchiart.com\">Saatchi Art<\/a>&#8216;s latest show, titled <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatchiart.com\/shows\/mark-making\">&#8220;Mark-Making: In House Exhibition&#8221;<\/a>. \u00a0<\/em>The show opens on <strong>Thursday Feb 16, 5 &#8211; 9pm in Santa Monica<\/strong>, and <strong>I&#8217;ll be there from 5-6pm for a little meet &amp; greet<\/strong>.
