From insane paper-cutting pieces and embossed bodies, to ‘knife drawings’ and found image collage…\u00a0Paradigm Gallery<\/a> in Philadelphia has put together an exciting and eclectic show titled, yes,\u00a0“pa\u2022per”<\/em><\/a>\u00a0, and I am beyond thrilled to be one of the artists in this stellar lineup. Here’s a little more info about this upcoming exhibition:<\/p>\n

“Though paper is often thought of as craft material, Jason Chen\u2019s exhibition,\u00a0pa\u2022per, tries to re-contextualize the medium by showcasing 15 artists who use nontraditional techniques to elevate it.\u00a0Artists participating in\u00a0pa\u2022per\u00a0include: Kanako Abe<\/a>, Daria Aksenova<\/a>, Joey Bates<\/a>, Albert Chamillard<\/a>, Colette Fu<\/a>, Lizzie Gill<\/a>, Sally Hewett<\/a>, Danielle Krysa<\/a>, Rosa Leff<\/a>, Huntz Liu<\/a>, Ryan Sarah Murphy<\/a>, Marianne R. Petit<\/a>, Lucha Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>, and Nayan & Vaishali<\/a>.
