This light-filled, color-saturated, breathtaking building is the work of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sako.co.jp\/\">SAKO<\/a>, an architecture firm with offices in Tokyo,\u00a0Fukuoka, and Beijing. Now, what are all of those children doing running around in this work of art? IT&#8217;S A KINDERGARTEN!
