After five years of blogging about the art and design that she loves and admires most, <a href=\"http:\/\/amanda-briggs.tumblr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Amanda Briggs<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/dearada.typepad.com\/dear_ada\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>dear ada<\/em><\/a> is laying down her typepad. Has she run out of inspiring work to write about? Nope. Just the opposite. She credits these other artists, and the time she spent on <em>dear ada<\/em>, with getting her an exciting new job, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elizabethleach.com\/Artist-Detail.cfm?ArtistsID=253\" target=\"_blank\">a gallery that now represents <em>her<\/em> work!<\/a> With an upcoming solo show, and who knows what else, she&#8217;s off to an amazing start! I&#8217;ll certainly miss her discoveries, but can&#8217;t wait to see what <a href=\"http:\/\/amanda-briggs.tumblr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">she creates<\/a>&#8230; Good luck Amanda!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigh.
