i’m jealous of the date farmers… again
The Date Farmers‘ solo show, Smother Your Mother, is currently showing at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in New York, and runs until May 8th. If you can go, I will not only be jealous of these two amazingly talented guys from California, Armando Lerma and Carlos Ramirez, but I’ll also be very jealous of you.

My best friend publishes and prints all of their work at Modern Multiples in LA; I’m going out to visit next week and get to hang out at the studio while she works – and see all their originals up close! So grand 🙂

Just saw this show–it was fantastic. Great use of materials. I love how aluminum cans were split open, flattened, mounted on wood, and painted upon. Excellent work to see in person!
