i’m jealous of judith geher
Oooh, so pretty! Line drawings partially covered in thick oil paint masquerading as flowers! This is the work of Toronto based artist Judith Geher, and I am completely in love with each one of these paintings. And guess what… they’re BIG! Most of her work seems to range between 48″x48″ to 60″x60″… sigh. Gorgeous.
{ps. There’s a really good interview with Judith on Frankie Magazine’s blog if you’d like to know a bit more about her}
once again, your taste is delicious. LOVE THIS.
i LOVE that the drawing is still visible on these paintings.
me too! the instinct to know “when to stop” is something i totally admire.
Ok, totally and completely love these. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing as always!;)
